Shipping policy

Free shipping is provided within delivery area within selected Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya and Sg.Buloh area with a minimum purchase. Shipping rates are calculated based on zones. The rates of zones are as follows:

The bigger the zone number, the further the distance from origin. For deliveries outside the stated zone area, kindly drop us a pm on our instagram page or from our "contact us" page. 

Deliveries are done via our own delivery team. During this MCO period, orders will be grouped up into 2 slots due to travel restrictions. The delivery slots are as follows:

Cut off time for same day delivery is 11am. Any orders after 11am will be included into the next delivery slot.

However, shall you require any special arrangements in the delivery date outside these slots, please let us know in the remarks box during checkout. Our team will be happy to arrange it.

We will inform you about the delivery attempt up to 1 hour before delivery on your registered contact number. Deliveries to other states in Malaysia is not available for the time being. 

You will be responsible to provide us with the correct delivery information. In the event of a failed attempt of delivery to the provided address under no fault of Slō Kombucha, a shipping fee will be required for the redelivery. No refunds will be entertained if you decide to cancel this order in this particular event. 

Refund policy

At Slo, we prioritise your satisfaction above all else. However, due to the perishable nature of our product, kindly note the following:

  • No refunds on items based on personal issue, i.e., not up to preferred taste.
  • No refund on mind changing situation. In the event where you would like to change flavours, let us know prior to your delivery.
  • All sales are final.
  • Orders that are processed cannot be cancelled. No refund and cancellation will be entertained.

In the event where the shipment is the result of our error such as:

  • Incorrect order received.
  • Breakage of bottles.
  • Overly active batch.
  • Expired product.

Kindly drop us an email at [email protected] or pm us on instagram with your order number and a picture as proof. Please contact us within 3 days upon receiving your order. If deemed eligible, a refund or replacement will be processed, inclusive of any delivery cost. 

In terms of payment such as:

  • Charged more than the stated value.
  • Accidentally paid extra.

Refund and returns are the sole discretion of Slō Kombucha.
